The contact owns a 2012 Chrysler Town and country. While driving at an unknown speed, the rear hatch door kept opening. The dealer and the manufacturer were not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 50,000. Consumer stated rear hatch opens randomly. Updated 12/11/18
