There was a re-call for my vehicle. Something to do with the rear window switch catching fire. I brought it to my Chrysler dear for a service and to resolve the recall issue. I was quite surprised to hear there was no fix and all they could so was dis-connect the switch. When I asked when they expect the fix to be ready, they laughed and said the last re-call took over a year. How can this happen" how does a vehicle manufacturer not have a fix for a problem that can cause a fire in a vehicle? isn't that the reason for the re-call to get the problem fixed" these re-calls are becoming to frequent and the auto manufacturers have decided it cheaper to not fix the problem and inconvenience the vehicle owners.
