The auto door locks on the rear sliding doors jammed and stopped working. After manually unlocking the doors, they now both work, but the lock actuators on both sliding doors make a loud buzzing sound. The passenger side rear door does it when it unlocks, and the driver side rear door does it when it locks.

The vehicle's complete tipm failure, which also controls the hazard warning lights (which should be on an isolated circuit), contributed to a three car accident.

Every time I unlock the door or open it, it makes a loud buzzing noise. The door works fine - it opens and closes. But when using the unlock button from the door, or opening the door if the car is locked, it makes a very loud buzzing noise from the rear passenger side door. I have read on a forum that this is affecting a lot of vans, there should be a recall as it is a faulty actuator that can cost between $400-$1,000 (or more!) to fix.

Noticed door partly ajar in parking lot, pulled handled readjusted to shut and secure doors with fob it was noticed that door locking mechanism did not activate, resulting in door not able to securely lock, several attempts to lock with no positive results, door remains unlocked at all times.

This also does not allow customers to make informed decisions about their purchase. The sliding doors on both sides of the van are not functioning. You can not open the doors manually or with the remote. Vehicle was stationary. -safety hazard the steering wheel locks while the vehicle is in motion. This happened to me while I was on the freeway. Very scary. A tech stated that it was the anti lock brake system and I should refrain from using the brakes so much. -vehicle was traveling top speed on the fwy. We had to use the emergency brake to stop the car. - safety issue!! the sales managers are not responsive and no one takes accountability for not putting notes in the system.

Often when the key is turned in the ignition nothing happens. The same happened in my dad's Grand Caravan and the problem seemed to have been a known issue with the ignition. After a few tries, the vehicle does start up, but initially nothing happens when the key is turned.
