paint peeling paint peeling paint peeling paint peeling paint peeling

My car has long since been paid off but seriously, my car looks like crap. I have kept up with maintenance and it has never run better mechanically, but to look at my car, I am totally and completely embarrassed. I refuse to pay for a new paint job on my car (not worth it since it is a 2008) so what choice do I have? Hide my head as people pass my car on the road. Dodge should have addressed this issue years ago.

The problem with the paint peeling started 2 1/2 years ago with the top coat coming off the roof in sheets. I took the car to a dealership and was told there was nothing they could do and to bring it back when it rusted. They even found additional problem areas on the body. The peeling got worse and now includes the hood and the front, inside driver's door has begun to rust. Went back to the dealership and they took numerous pictures and submitted the claim to Chrysler. The claim was denied. Not only does the car look horrible and is rusting but I can't even trade it and get anything for it. I am so angry and disappointed as I have owned many Chrysler/Dodge automobiles. My next step is a complaint to the federal Consumer Protection Agency and state Bureau of Consumer Protection. I will be adding pictures to this site shortly.
