First my passenger door opened and then would no close. Once we got it to close it will not open at all. 4 weeks later I opened my drivers door and now it will not close. I contacted Chrysler and was told there was no recall on this model year although there were recalls on previous years for the same issue.

Avenger

  • 3,000 miles
The contact owns a 2010 Dodge Avenger. The contact stated that when opening the trunk during or following moderate to heavy rains, water would drain directly into the trunk. The manufacturer advised that his model vehicle was designed in that manner and would not provide any assistance. The failure and current mileages were approximately 3,000.
