Avenger SXT 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 17,000 miles

So before work at 3pm, got in my newly bought avenger about 225pm, being about month old under my name with 17000 miles. I started the car, and within 2 mother ducking seconds it automatically shut itself off. Wtf. Turn the keys again , saw I had a solid red dot(security) and an ESC light on. Tried to start it about 5 more times trying to hurry to work after this point. Each time, car started fine but again each time within 2 seconds the car automatically shut itself off. Late to work, received discipline from work. Finally got off, tried it again, it started up, took to nearest service tech ( laurel valley motors Latrobe pa) Shut it off, waited for my ride to get me , tried to start car again while waiting, both lights came on first time I tried to start car after shutting it off for 4 mins.

Laurel valley motors Latrobe pa, had my car since Tuesday night, called them 830 ish am Wednesday morning informed them my car is there and needed worked on told them the problem. The dumb ducks finally looked at it Friday late afternoon, said they needed to order a part(computer module) wouldn't come in til Wednesday. Never offered a rental car never put my newly bought vehicle on their priority list, customer (me) is very unsatisfied, cars been there for a week. very pissed off at Chrysler and service department at laurel valley.
