Avenger

My husband and I both have an Avenger. His is a 2013, mine a 2012. We both have issues with the AC. This complaint is primarily on his car though, as his car takes much longer to work than mine. He will no air for as much as 20-30+ minutes of run time. We can hear the AC blowing, but the damper won't open and let the air into the cabin of the vehicle. Other days the delay may only last 10 minutes. Either way, when its 100° outside, this is not only annoying, but dangerous. This is an issue that happened while the car was under warranty. The dealership tried to deny it, until they finally ran an "update" to fix. I immediately called, and asked for the update. They said there was no such thing (lol). So after not so politically explaining that they guy they JUST helped was my fiance (at the time), they scrambled to help me out. The "update" didnt last though, and as soon as the warranty was up, so was the "fix".
