Now this was definitely dangerous and could have been life-threatening! The car shut off completely in the middle of rush hour traffic. I was fortunate to be able to manhandle the car onto the shoulder and out of traffic.
I'm now informed the TIPM is the problem of all the issues, but Tate Dodge in Glen Burnie advise there are NO TIPMs available through MOPAR. How can you have a car on the road and not have the part available????? So, since the dealer is unable to help me, my mechanic is trying to figure out what to do.

A car less than 2 years old has both the TIPM and HVAC Controller go out for no reason. It was nothing we did but a faulty part...however it is convenient that they have this part as not covered under any warranty. I also just found out about a class action lawsuit regarding this part in 2011-2013 dodge vehicles.

Random horn beeping while driving; when I parked and stopped the car, flashers and horn started going like mad. It finally stopped when I opened the hood and slammed it shut - I did not know what else to do. This random beeping continued on 7/20 and 7/21.
