Avenger

  • Automatic transmission
  • 56,000 miles

Does not accelerate like it should. 2014 should not be having acceleration problem. Don't know if it's covered, will have to check with dealership. Very disappointed with this vehicle. If I had to do over would not buy this type vehicle!!!!!!

Avenger SE 2.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 3,000 miles

this started to happen after I had it to the dealer the first time. this time they say they cannot duplicate the issue. of course they drive it for 3 minutes and say nothing is wrong.

Update from Oct 7, 2014: I took car to a private mechanic and they were able to diagnose the issue. the torque converter in not disengaging when I apply the brakes. dodge does not have a fix for this problem so I am having a lawyer file a lemon claim.
