- contact owns a 1998 Dodge Caravan and said that the hydraulic brake line was rusted to the point where it leaked and it caused brake failures. The contact believed that it was a safety issue to drive the vehicle because the brakes did not work properly. The failure mileage was 56400, and the current mileage was 56500.
