problem #1

Caravan STX V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 75,345 miles

It was really bad because I was in the car at the moment that the bags deployed and I got hurt because that. The windshield got broke for the impact of the bags but I did not have any accident, those bags just deployed when the car was parked.

That was scared,I tried to contact the dealer and the manufacturer company since the date that the bags deployed , almost a month ago but no body is doing nothing to today and it is not right just to thinking that the day before to the incident happen we took the car to the dealer to check the air bags because the light in the car that indicates those are working or not was getting on several times and the people at the dealer tell us that everything was perfect with that, but the next day after that revision both air bags deployed with out any reason. The car was parked and the engine was off.

So I ask can people fell safe with this bags? Are not supposed to safe lives? What if it happen when you are driving on a high way? who is the responsible?
