excessive rusting excessive rusting

Rusting on this van , seems to start on ride after the fifth year and the warranty has gone out Chrysler's warranty on Rusts and body which used to be for 10 years change to a five year warranty And by the looks of several minivans on the road out there the rust spot starts in the same Place an area backpedal in front of each of the tires in the back, one mechanic said more than likely no drill holes were ever put their for liquids or rain or whatever to come out leadless to say I see from the complaints on this website it is an issue, which will cost me anywhere from $800-$1000 to fix The undercarriage of the minivan has had a complete rust problem , from the coils under the driver side and passenger side on the front , to the struts on both sides , this is a first for me and all my years of owning cars And I've been driving since 1967 , I have never had any rust problems on any vehicle I have her own This particular van has had more issues and problems than any car I have ever owned , I always buy the extended warranty , I happen to like the Dodge minivan it is my van of choice But unfortunately it will probably be my last , Chrysler needs to get their act together , and put a little more pride in their product
