The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Challenger. The contact stated that the driver's side window continuously rolled up and down on its own and the door latch did not function properly. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The contact called gator Chrysler (840 S harbor city blvd, melbourne, fl 32901, (877) 707-5664), but they did not assist. The contact was a mechanic and performed his own diagnostic test, which indicated that a new door sensor was needed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 40,254.
