gas pump clicks off numerous times like tank is full

After Superior Dodge in Conway replaced the fuel tank for the stalling issue, we started having problems putting gas in the car. The pump continually clicks off like the tank is full. We were told it was the filler neck but we feel like this is part of the tank replacement issue and shouldn't be considered a separate issue.
