The lower control arm bushings coupled with the torque arm bushing and shaft assembly has failed and required replacement at approximately 24,000 miles. I am the fleet services manager for the Yuba County Sheriff's Department and we have three 2011 Chargers that all have had the problem. We have 17 2014 Chargers that are just now starting to have the same issue. The mileage on these cars range between 25,000 and 29,000 miles. The torque arm bushing goes out and starts banging in the bushing hole where the bushing was before it blew out. This makes the car unstable in pursuits and also causes damage to the lower control arms. The bushings are not strong enough to handle the torque.
