Bought this Charger in Feb. of 2013..Headlight on passenger side blew out in July ..Fixed it.. Again this week it blew out again ..not fixed yet. Saw the recall for this problem, called the number, gave year make model an Vin number. Was told not on my car, just police cars..Not really sure the difference but seems like the wiring problem would be the same in all cars from that year???
