The contact owns a 2012 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that while driving the vehicle at an undisclosed speed, the engine temperature gauge rose with the overheat message displayed on the instrument panel. The VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 11V487000 (engine and engine cooling). The contact also stated that while driving the vehicle, the tire pressure monitoring system randomly activated, displaying incorrect information stating that the air pressure was either too high or too low. Additionally, after having an oil change performed, the low oil level warning light illuminated. The cause of the failures were not determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failures. The failure mileage was 51,000.
