unintended acceleration unintended acceleration unintended acceleration unintended acceleration unintended acceleration unintended acceleration

Friday June 12, 2015 I was accelerating out of my parking spot when I pushed on the gas peddle the car started to accelerate quick. I took my foot off the gas peddle and applied the brakes, but the car would not stop. I firmly pushed down I felt the ABS activating but the car continued to drive. It eventually stopped when I hit a parked vehicle, causing mostly damage to the my Charger.

I had the car towed to a local Dodge dealer who insisted that this was not possible and there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. I do not believe this is the case, considering I was the one in the vehicle and I also have a witness who watched the whole thing. I have taken several pictures that show the tire marks and the scene as well as a witness who seen me braking. When I took it to Dodge the told me it was impossible for the brake peddle to be applied while the acceleration was on?? Clearly it is not. They said no codes came up and maybe possibly the issue is not in the peddle but some where else. I am willing and capable of obtaining a lawyer if need be
