steering control module/wiper control ribbon broke steering control module/wiper control ribbon broke steering control module/wiper control ribbon broke

I was driving down highway when it was raining. The rain stopped and all off a sudden my wipers stayed on so I called a buddy of mine and he said the wire ribbon inside probably broke and he had a few people with the same problem. This should be a recall as it is a safety issue and should not have to pay for it to get it fixed, you have to replace the whole steering module for this and it runs around $500.00 to replace......🤬🤬🤬🤬
