This car has been in the shop 4 times for the same thing, hesitation, cut off on me twice. Has this hesitation when taking off from complete stops. I'm so tired of this problem and my brand new car in and out of shop. They always claim they cannot fine the problem out, they can't make it do it for them. Hell, I'm in a rental car now, a Dodge Dart and it drives great. So what the hell is wrong with the one that we bought?

I purchased a 2014 Dodge Dart a few weeks ago and noticed that it has a sluggish acceleration, to say the least. At first I just blocked my concern from my mind because I don't like to complain about things. As the days have gone by I have noticed that when I press the accelerator at a stand still to merge into traffic I always have to time my entry because the vehicle will begin moving after 2 to 3 seconds. This doesn't sound like much but it makes me very nervous. I have had many vehicles in my life and have never experienced such a severe lag.

The other day I was making a left turn at an intersection when I had the green light and had to carefully time my turn before I would be met by oncoming traffic. Several times I have had other drivers get frustrated with my driving but they don't know what I'm dealing with so it just makes the situation worse. I have found that other buyers are experiencing the same thing. Please help.
