I am reporting for my daughter who had the accident because of this, luckily she was on a quiet side street I thank God that she was not on the expressway, she heard a noise, then could not steer the car which caused her to hit a curb, car had to be towed to the dealer, the insurance said they would fix all damage but not the control arm that cause the accident, the dealer of course blamed her, this car has had many problems before this, we had to call Chrysler to complain, #1 she should not have to pay the $500 deductible and #2 she should not have to pay for the control arm. also she has no car to drive and needs a loaner, still waiting for that. This car has defective parts and should be replaced at no cost to her. The wheels Yokohama are junk as well and she has had to replace two of them, Low profile, bs that is what the dealer says, but never told her of this when she was looking at the car or she would not have leased it. It is a pile of junk, that she is afraid to drive and cannot depend on.
