The contact owns a 2002 Dodge Durango. While driving 15 mph, the doors independently locked and unlocked continuously without warning. As a result, the battery became inoperable. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the central timing module failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 123,998.

Consumer states that the passenger front door will yank outwards out of consumers hand. Consumer states this door has caused many problems in parking lots. Dealer states there is nothing they can do.
