1. driver's side spindle nut works loose causing rotor to become loose. 2. loose rotor causes the sealed bearing to loose grease and fail. Can casue wheel loss or loss of control. 3. rotor and spindle nut must be replaced each time. This has occurred on this vehicle two times.
