Durango 8-cyl

My wife was driving my daughter to pre-school, and she was crossing and turning at an intersection. Suddenly, with no warning, the engine quit, leaving her with no brakes and no steering. Luckily, she drifted to the curb, but if the traffic had been heavy, she and the baby could have been badly injured or killed. I experienced the exact same problem one day later. I immediately called my dealer, the Dodge dealer in bellevue, Washington, and told them about the problem. They told me to bring it in immediately, since they said there have been at least fifty similar problems with Dodge hemi engines. They fixed it by flashing the chip in the computer. This is a very serious problem, and a recall needs to be announced as soon as possible.
