The contact owns a 2005 Dodge Durango. The fuel tank filler tube inlet check valve does not fully close at the end of refueling. This allows fuel to escape from the vehicle through the filler neck at the end of refueling. Her vehicle identification number was excluded from recall number 09V003000 (fuel system, gasoline:storage:tank assembly). The failure mileage was 36,000.
