While driving approximately 70 mph, the front passenger tire began to shred, which caused the vehicle to lean suddenly. The vehicle was towed to the contact's home. The contact notified Firestone complete auto care (301 oak spring rd, Washington, pa 15301, (724) 250-8251) of the failure, but the tire was not diagnosed or replaced. The dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The vehicle failure mieage was 133,000 and the tire failure mileage was 500.
