The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Durango. The contact exited the vehicle and left it running. She reached inside to cut off the vehicle and as soon as she removed the keys from the ignition, the vehicle jumped out of gear and began to roll back. The contact attempted to engage the emergency brake, but was unsuccessful. The driver side door threw the contact to the ground. The front tire ran over the contact's left leg. The vehicle rolled into the middle of the street and stopped. She was transported to the hospital and sustained injuries to her left leg. The dealer has not been notified. The current mileage was 32,000 and failure mileage was 25,000.

1. passenger front window goes down by itself when driving as though someone has pushed the auto down control - but this is not the case. Have taken it to the dealer 3 times to be fixed. They said they reset the controls. It is happening again. I am now also experiencing issues with putting the vehicle in reverse. The car starts backing up then the goes into neutral automatically.
