Durango Crew 5.7 Hemi

  • 56,000 miles

Water pump failed 3000 on backorder was told 6 to 8 weeks before it comes in to get vehicle back refuses to give rental car. That three other vehicles in dealership with water pump issues for the Hemi V8 as well. Chrysler Corporation knows there's a water pump problem for the Hemi V8 vehicles but won't fix it and won't recall it.

I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT A BRAND NEW VEHICLE CAN HAVE A DEFECTIVE WATER PUMP WITH LESS THAN A YEAR OF USE AND THAT THE DEALER (CHRYSLER/ DODGE OF KENDALL, IN MIAMI FL) IS TAKING SO LONG TO FIX MY PROBLEM. MY CAR HAS BEEN THERE FOR OVER A WEEK AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT GOT THE PART.
