The contact owns a 2016 Dodge Durango. While driving 10 mph, there was an abnormal rattling noise in the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the load leveling shocks needed to be replaced. The contact was informed that the remedy part was on a national back order. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The approximate failure mileage was 600. The VIN was not available.
