Grand Caravan LE 3.3L V6

Bought this vehicle used in 2006. I have replaced the electric radiator fan motor three times. One of these episodes of overheating from the fan failure caused the vehicles plastic radiator to spring leaks. I replaced the radiator as well.

The current fan motor is made by Seimans. I wonder how long it will stand up to the engine heat?
