On at least 5 occasions, my the seatbelt holding my child's car seat in the second row captains chair has come undone. Luckily I check it before we go anywhere each time and have caught it. I'm not sure, but could this be a problem with the generation 3 seatbelts? if so, I do not feel my children are safe riding in these seatbelts and they should be fixed.
