problem #1

(reported on)

Grand Caravan

  • Automatic transmission
  • 31,069 miles

The passenger-side sliding door is a power door.

The power function still works, however, when manually opening and closing the door, there is a lot of resistance.

The door use to slide smoothly, like the opposite side door which isn't power. Now however, it takes much more force to close and open, as if the power features and somehow impeding the smooth movement.

Have no idea how to fix, any help would be great. Thanks.
