problem #1

All warning lights come on, no speedometer and no rpm indicator. Windshield wipers, if on intermittent they go to normal on. Sometimes they turn off. This happened while doing 20, 30, 40..etc mph. The really annoying problem was that sometimes the engine would not fire, no spark. Had it towed...70$towing bill... to Thompson Dodge in Baltimore, 99$ for an hour labor and 199$ to fix a ground problem to module they said????. Along with the other 1k for other unrelated repairs.

#30 hours later the lights pop back on....no rpm and no speed indicator. The mileage is reading "no trac" ??? I take it back and they have the van for 2.5 weeks. No calls, no loaner car....I know...very funny...I stop in one day and the assist service manager already has the keys on his desk, once again he places no calls to me. He proceeds to tell me they can't find a problem. I mean they hadn't even been working on it, it was covered in dust and grime from sitting outside. Uhgs. Then I drive home and on the way home the temp goes past half to 3/4's+. I wait for the temp to come down and crack the radiator cap off and I swear it looks like rusty water. That was 190$ for a rad flush and refill. Great looking rad fluid.

If dodge can't fix their own electronics I will never buy another american car again. Now the call goes out to the better business bureau and to the maryland motor vehicles administration. Hopefully another dodge service center will have the fix but I will never return to Thompson Dodge in Baltimore.
