Upon leaving for work the vehicle made a grinding/squealing sound when started. The vehicle was put back in park, and turned off. Tried again, vehicle would not come out of park. Contacted customer service. Vehicle was under warranty. They sent a tow truck to pick up and take to dealership to be fixed. There is one gentleman at the dealership that is quite rude in the service department, but the problem was fixed. Second major fix on a 1-1/2yr old vehicle.
