The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the starter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred several times. The starter was replaced several times. The contact contacted several dealers and notified the dealers of the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
