Journey

  • 39,500 miles
The contact owns a 2009 Dodge Journey. While driving at 65mph the check engine light or traction assist light would come on and the vehicle would stop in the middle of the road. The contact would drift the vehicle to the side of the road. She would wait approximately ten minutes and it would restart, and other times the vehicle had to be towed to the dealer. The dealer ran a diagnostic test but there would be no codes showing and they could not duplicate the failure. The manufacturer was contacted several times and she was told whenever the failure happens take the vehicle back to the dealer for them to check the vehicle. The failure mileage was 39,500.
