Journey SXT 3.5L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 89,900 miles

I purchased a 2009 Dodge Journey 6-14-14 at Newark Chrysler Jeep Dodge the motor mounts are bad after less the 1year after purchasing. I was assured that all my vehicle problems would be covered under the warranty, the only thing I would have to pay for would be general maintenance. The repair for the motor mounts is $821. Because of other repairs I have to make its turning in to a money pit.

Journey SE V6

  • Automatic transmission

White Smoke have been blowing out of the exhaust so I stopped driving it, went to take it in and it is a cracked head but they wont honor my life time power train warranty. I am the only owner, this is not the only issue I have had I have had MANY issues and kept the car because of the life time power train warranty... ALL FOR NOTHING!

During a regular, routine maintenance, was told that my motor mounts needed replacing and that it was not covered under warranty. The cost for replacing them would be upward of $900.00. My SUV is Barely 4 years old! I've never heard of motor mounts going bad this early, ever!
