Water leaked into passenger compartment. Front passenger floor soaked as well as rear passenger floor storage bin. Brought car to dealer, what a mistake. Was told they had a water leak expert. Gutter system for sun roof had metal fatigue cracks in it where it formed a right angle, drains were not clogged. Told that the expert removed the head liner and sealed all cracks with silicone caulking, for $400.00. Yeah, bend over.

Had body shop expert look at it, said that the headliner was never removed and caulking was a $5.00 tube of silicone. No wonder why people hate to bring their car to the dealers for repairs. Called Dodge customer service again, told that not covered under extended warranty or regular warranty. Does anybody stand behind their product anymore?

On my way to the dealer for my oil change I notice water dripping from the map lights on the roof of the car. So upon my arrival to the dealer I tell them about it & they say it's the drain tubes are plugged up. How the heck is this a problem that I have to pay for when water IS going to get on the car... UNBELIEVABLE
