It's very annoying for both me and my passenger, who wants to sit in a car in the summer with HOT air that's supposed to be cool blasting in their face - and btw, closing the vents doesn't do anything, not to mention only a portion of the car is getting cooled as the heat is competing with the A/C. I brought it to a Dodge dealer in Paramus, NJ. I was told they had to take down the entire dashboard to get to the area of the problem. I was told it would take approximately 14 hours or so...
Its been 6 days so far and I haven't heard from anyone. This is a real pain in the a** and a major inconvenience. Rentals aren't cheap these days and NO they don't provide loaners.
