The contact owns a 2005 Dodge Magnum. While decelerating or changing speeds, the contact heard a loud rattling or clicking sound coming from the front tires. She took the vehicle to the dealer and they stated that she needed to replace the upper ball joints and tie rods. The vehicle has not yet been repaired. The VIN, engine size, number of cylinders, powertrain, and speed were unknown. The failure mileage was 26,000 and current mileage was 46,000.
