Magnum 6-cyl

  • 60,000 miles
2006 Dodge Magnum needs front strut/suspension repairs at 60K. Dlr stated this is common problem. At first damage was estimated at 20% damage (only needed new tie rod ends), but now both front strut tension links need replacement plus alignment (over $1000 in repairs). This is a known weak spot in model design (see other complaints). A recall should be issued, consumers are paying for this known design flaw/defect out of pocket.

Magnum

  • 45,000 miles
My 2006 Dodge Magnum needed new tierod ends and new suspension tension arms at under 45,000 miles. Chrysler Canada and the dealers acknowledge that this is the number one repair for the Magnum, but refuse to correct or recall the vehicles.
