This happened to my daughter's car 2 days after we purchased it. The car's dashboard lights suddenly start flickering, then flash brightly. At the same time the radio makes a loud popping noise and dies. If the air or heat are on, they die. Then the car dies. There is absolutely no power. Cannot even turn on the flashers.

When I returned it to Tyson Motors in Shorewood, IL for repair, they said it was the ignition switch. Replaced the ignition switch. Seems to have helped.
