Nitro

  • 39,000 miles
The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Nitro. The contact was traveling 25 mph when a vehicle crashed into the right side of the vehicle. The air bags deployed and the seat belt restrained the contact from striking the air bags. The contacts vehicle was spun around from the initial impact and another vehicle crashed into the rear of his vehicle. The driver side seatbelt then released from the latch, sending the contact into the passenger seat. The contact was injured. A police report was available. The vehicle was towed to the dealer to be repaired. The dealer stated that he was aware of common seat belt failure in the same year, make and model as the contacts vehicle. The VIN was not available. The failure and current mileage was 39,000.
