Jack exploded in the vehicle. White powder substance that oozed out caused floorboard, seat brackets and bolts inside vehicle to rust. Jack was never used before. Dealer and manufacturer were notified. Consumer is concerned that the white powder substance is toxic and wants to have it tested.
