While the vehicle was parked with engine running, consumer stopped to pick up some mail. As consumer stepped out of vehicle, he fell down, accidently hit or may have hit the emergency brake that was stopping the parked vehicle, and vehicle rolled down with parking brake O., according to the people who stopped the vehicle, they said that vehicle was in neutral.
