Ram 1500 Laramie V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 103,000 miles

We bought the (used) sharp looking truck mostly for the larger back seat for extra passengers and should have wondered at the much lower price than other pick ups of similar capacity. We have had numerous problems - cracked dash (in pieces inside the dash), heater blows very cold air, (had it fixed, heat lasted three weeks), just had another heater/coolant incident this morning that has the truck towed for the third time in the year we've owned it. Are looking at other brands for our next truck - don't feel like the Dodge name carries much quality as the vehicle ages. My advice if looking into a purchase of a 1500 Ram? Go FORD.
