Ram 1500 SLT

I have had gas gauge problems since the truck was new, & have taken it in the the dealer ship multi times for warranty repair. Now my truck is under Dodges extended warranty, they say they know what it is & need of course $$$$ to fix! Also found out thru my brother which has a fleet of 2003-2005 Dodge trucks that they have the same issue--Dodge sends then a new gas tank gauge unit to fix, but it doesn't fix most of them!! This should be a 100% factory recall issue!!
