We have auto saver that is to work against rust. We didn't want this and they said it was already on the vehicle so we had to take it. So when we contacted them about this rust problem they said there was so many of the Dodge 2007 Rams that had this problem they weren't standing behind them but would give us our money back that we paid. We were told to contact a Dodge dealership. The dealership that we purchased our truck from no longer sells Dodge so they won't stand behind it and we were told to go to Matthews in NY. When they were called they told us no to call another Dodge dealership in Owego. We have never had the problem resolved and of course the rust spots continue to grow.....
