I bought a new truck to have something reliable... Trying to leave work one day and put it in drive and nothing......... To make a long story short, the truck was towed to the dealership.... Now on that note Go dodge and Scott Saunders in Denver Colorado were great, On the other hand, dealing with dodge was the worst ever experience I have ever had...Dodge did not want to give me a rental car because they had to figure out the issues first... BUT they wouldn't get to look at it till the next day. They wanted me to pay for the rental car out of my pocket and if they approved it they would pay me back... For one I didn't buy a new truck to be left on the side of the road after 26000 miles, for two, if its still under 3 years/36000 miles, why am I paying for anything? Come to find out both the filters were clogged, they changed them and said I need to pay for a tranny flush...Ive been told by many not to do that?!?!?!?!? And the owners manual says not till 30000 miles... Keep in mind I have never towed anything with this truck and only drive to and from work at 23 miles each way... And when I did pick it up, the paperwork says still minimal debris still in fluid........?
