Fuel quantity indicated lower than actual fuel in tank of '95 Dodge Ram 2500 P/U. removed carter fuel module; found float deteriorated with absorbed fuel which made float heavy and caused faulty indication. Installed walbro fuel module, checks ok. How do I inform Dodge to process bulletin or recall the faulty carter fuel modules? this is a safety concern, operators need to know accurate fuel load to make a safe trip.
